Last Post in the Last Semester Reflection!!

This course was very challenging and interesting at the same time I like this method of teaching as it helps students to learn efficiently by facing challenges and the technique was well chosen for this course. Furthermore, it has increased my confidences significantly as I have to learn about the tool and then train the students. On the other hand, I recognized the difference between the training and presentation and increased my knowledge about each one. I really have mixed feeling I am happy because I will finish my study but at the same time I will miss my colleagues and teachers. I would like to thanks and really appreciate my teacher’s efforts and patience in teaching; it was a very useful way of teaching. Moreover, I have a great experience and I look forward  to use what I have learned in this course in my career and personal life.  

The Top 10 Tools

All the tools that the students have discuss in the class were amazing tools but I have chosen ten tools that I really like and use it during the course, work and in my personal life.  

1. Google Chrome

In my point of view Google chrome is a very useful tool that I have use in this course as it is faster and have more features that I can use. Since my colleague trained us Google chrome I started to use it and I really feel the difference. 



2. Blog

Blog is a very useful tool that we can share our idea, thoughts and believes with friends and people by posting the subjects that we like. When my teacher assigns the topics for students, I feel that it is difficult to learn it from the beginning as I did not have any idea about blog. However, we faced challenges in learning how to use a blog; we have learned a lot about it. We can use it for the different purpose like teaching, business and advertisement.  

3. Gmail

Gmail is playing a crucial rule among the tools as it is the key for each of them. Furthermore, there are many interesting features like chat, video call, priority inbox and lots of space. It is really helpful tool that helps me a lot as I like to keep my old emails and read it when I have free time, the option of receiving emails by their priority and chat with my friends. 

4. Facebook 

The Facebook is another exciting tool that I have learned during this course. It is an important part of daily life for businesses and individuals. If you are exploring the world of social media for the first time, all of the different options can seem a bit confusing.


5. Google Docs
Google docs is a useful tool that we have used in Project Management course to share and follow the project with our teacher and among the group. We have followed up and make comment even we did not went to college we can keep tracking of project from home, it was a good experience. 6. Twitter

The fastest, simplest way to stay close to everything you care about. Twitter is a real-time information network that connects you to the latest stories, ideas, opinions and news about what you find interesting. Simply find the accounts you find most compelling and follow the conversations. I have used the Twitter as it is a simple and easy way to follow your favorite famous people and shares them your ideas and thoughts. Jorry Al Salhi

7. Google Picasa 

Google Picasa is a tool that enables you to manage your photos on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, by using Picasa you can do all of the following:

• Transfer photos from camera to computer
• Delete the bad, rename or caption the keepers
• Organize the photos with folders, albums, tags, faces and places
• Find and View photos on your computer
• Edit pictures; make them look better with single-click easy features that rival much more complex photo-editing software
• Prepare and Resize pictures for use in other programs
• Share via Print, Email and Websites

8. Google Earth 

Google earth is one of the amazing tools that I have learned during this course. It is a very useful tool that gives people full details about any place, city and country that they would like to visit. It is more than just a map that guides us we can know many details about the countries that we want to visit for holiday, business or any other purpose. 9. Google Finance 

Google Finance offers an easy way to search for stocks, mutual funds, and public and private companies. I hope that I learned before about Google Finance as it is really useful tool for students in their business projects. They can easily search for search for stocks, mutual funds, and public and private companies for their business projects. Furthermore, they can find income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for the famous companies which help them to save their time. You can see a short tutorial on my website. 

10. Google Searching 

Google make the life much easier, by one click we save time and effort for finding any information we may spend many days looking for the same information without it. Google search is a great invention that made any answers easy and reachable for any one. I have discussed different way of searching by using Google search on my website.
